We ought to know menstruation is not an Impurity or diseases. It is not an opening to stigmatize a young girl who is still learning and trying to understand how her body works. young girls and women still suffer stigmatization during their menstrual period and in some communities, it is considered a taboo to even talk about it. Menstruation is not a crime !!!      World Menstruation Health day is being observed annually in Cameroon on the 28th of May. On this day, Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and girls ask the government to either subsidize sanitary pads or provide them for free as they already do with condoms on World AIDS Day. Scotland is the first country to offer period products free of charge on a national scale. Other countries include New zealand and Kenya who distribute these products for free in public schools. YOU OUGHT TO KNOW THAT FOODS MADE BY YOU ARE SAFER AND TASTIER😘  I know that feeling when you badly need a simple snack but you cannot have one. At times you actually feel like you should have a bite of something tasty. We all have that feeling, if not often then once in a while. My fellow Cameroonians will complain that at some points oil is expensive, making frying difficult.😂😂🤣. Some even go as far as throwing jokes, saying anyone frying at that moment is a ritualist, as they wonder where he got oil. Now let me tell you a little something about myself. I loved frying and baking right from my childhood. My mom understood this and made sure I never lacked the basic items needed, from flour to sugar, baking powder, butter etc. I grew up baking and frying all sort of things and even g...

Avoid Deadly Diseases With just 3 Habits!                Do I need to remind you that you ought to know eating lots of fruits/ vegetables and daily exercise can do you so much good as far as your health is concerned? Lets talk about: 1. Fruits and vegetables                     It has been proven that fruits and vegetables are an important part of getting a healthy diet.  We must then take it in varieties and in quantities since no single fruit or vegetable can provide us with all the nutrients we need to be healthy. If we could have a diet containing a lot fruits and vegetable, it will go a long way in reducing risk of heart diseases and stroke, prevent some types of cancer and also lower risk of eye and digestive problems. According to HAVARD school of public health, eating non-starchy vegetable like apples, pear and green leafy vegetables might promote weight loss. Amazing right?...

16 days activism against GBV. Day 16, International Human Rights day         Today the 10th of December 2021, marks the end of the 16 days activism against Gender Based Violence (GBV). It is an annual and international celebration that usually kicks off from the 25th of November (International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women), to the 10th of December (International Human Rights Day). Human rights open the doors for us to speak up when we experience any form of abuse and corruption. we all as humans have the rights to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to education and work. What baffles me is, why should girls and women be victims of every circumstance because of their gender which is considered as weak? What crime have we committed in being girls that we have to go through all forms of violence? Our opinions do not count and our bodies are not respected as we undergo domestic and sexual ...
