YOU OUGHT TO KNOW THAT FOODS MADE BY YOU ARE SAFER AND TASTIER😘  I know that feeling when you badly need a simple snack but you cannot have one. At times you actually feel like you should have a bite of something tasty. We all have that feeling, if not often then once in a while. If we could have a diet containing a lot fruits and vegetable, it will go a long way in reducing risk of heart diseases and stroke, prevent some types of cancer and also lower risk of eye and digestive problems. 16 days activism against GBV. Day 16, International Human Rights day         Today the 10th of December 2021, marks the end of the 16 days activism against Gender Based Violence (GBV). It is an annual and international celebration that usually kicks off from the 25th of November (International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women), to the 10th of December (International Human Rights Day). Human rights open the doors for us to speak up when we experience any form of abuse and corruption. we all as humans have the rights to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to education and work. What baffles me is, why should girls and women be victims of every circumstance because of their gender which is considered as weak?
